The Oregon Project is a "spec server": every agency, jurisdiction, and callsign is modeled after the real state of Oregon. Oregon State Police, county sheriffs, local fire districts, and EMS all operate the way their real counterparts do.
It's a passion project first, less about hard lore and more about the fun of getting the details right and living inside a version of the state that feels real.
